Todd Yaross practices primarily in the corporate and real estate areas, with an emphasis on commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and strategic investments. In addition, he counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters on an ongoing basis.

Todd regularly represents private equity funds and privately held and public companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations of portfolio companies and real estate holdings. He has considerable experience in the areas of limited partnerships and limited liability companies, including their uses, formation and operation, and he counsels clients on an ongoing basis in connection with a wide range of business-related issues, including asset acquisitions, dispositions and financing arrangements.

In addition, Todd maintains a sophisticated commercial real estate practice representing corporate and private equity clients, focusing on acquisitions and dispositions, retail leasing transactions, private equity capital raising and development of commercial real estate. He has substantial experience representing clients in connection with the formation of joint ventures to own, operate, finance and develop real estate nationally and internationally. Todd also has extensive experience with commercial real estate financings (including mezzanine and preferred equity) and structured finance, including ongoing representation of commercial banks, investment banks, institutional lenders and loan portfolio servicers in financial transactions.

Todd has represented a leading dental practice management company on matters ranging from acquisitions and contractual relationships with affiliated dental groups to real estate and finance-related issues.
