Orlando partner Allison Turnbull has been named an "Up and Coming" Florida attorney by Florida Trend magazine in its October 2009 edition.
The nomination process involved all of Florida's practicing attorneys, as Florida Bar members were asked to name three "best up and coming attorneys" who exhibit leadership in the law and in their local communities. In order to be eligible to be named to the list, attorneys must have practiced law for no more than 10 years or be under 40 years of age.
The list of top vote-getters was further examined using membership status and histories provided by the Florida Bar and finally, a panel of previous "Legal Elite" winners, representing different practice areas in cities across the state, reviewed the selection process and the list of finalists. Ms. Turnbull was one of only 118 lawyers named to the list.
