Victoria L. Johnson devotes a substantial portion of her practice to commercial, industrial, investment and residential real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on public construction projects, including (i) a school district’s $110 million classroom renovation and construction project undertaken in partnership with the Ohio School Facilities Commission; (ii) a city’s construction of a 113,000-square-foot, $12 million joint recreational facility undertaken in partnership with a school district; and (iii) a federally funded community action agency’s construction of a 30,000-square-foot classroom and day care facility.
In addition, Ms. Johnson’s practice focuses on representing public and private entities in connection with land conservancy, preservation and related land use matters. Ms Johnson has acted as co-counsel in litigation involving real estate and construction.
Ms. Johnson is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
