Since 1993, Victoria Johnson has focused her practice primarily on real property law. Areas of practice include condominium and home owner associations, with particular emphasis on the development, creation, operations, governance and financing of community associations; drafting, interpreting and enforcing condominium declaration and bylaws; conducting annual meetings; issues relating to insurance and financial responsibility; collections of delinquent general and special assessments; and compliance with regulatory requirements of state and federal laws. Other areas of practice include land use and zoning; construction law; commercial and residential leasing; oil and gas leases; easements and related interests in real property; and financing, including federal and state historic and new markets tax credits.
Ms. Johnson is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations.
