Vikki Vander Woude is an experienced litigation and trial attorney, who also counsels businesses on all aspects of risk management. Ms. Vander Woude has handled a broad array of litigation matters, including those involving commercial contracts, real estate, corporate, partnership and shareholder disputes, disputes among competitors involving alleged unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets, employee recruitment and other employment matters. Ms. Vander Woude has worked in private practice at major law firms, as in-house counsel for a privately held company with multiple subsidiaries in numerous states, as a volunteer prosecutor for the Orange County District Attorney’s office and as a research attorney for two prominent judges.
Ms. Vander Woude also managed the professional development, training and mentoring of associates for the Southern California offices of a major international law firm, has served as a mentor for women-owned businesses and coaches a high school mock trial team.
