Wayne C. Dabb, Jr.
Wayne C. Dabb, Jr., has more than 35 years of experience in business, corporate, trust litigation and appeals. He has handled a variety of business and corporate cases, including antitrust (civil and criminal), business torts, class actions, contract, ERISA, RICO and securities. He has also represented beneficiaries and trustees in will and trust litigation.
In addition, Mr. Dabb has handled municipal and public law matters, legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He served as an Assistant Director of Law of the City of Cleveland in 1972.
Mr. Dabb is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, and the Appellate Committee of the Litigation Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is also a Life Member of the Judicial Conference of the Eighth Judicial District of Ohio and a Fellow of the Ohio Bar Foundation.
Mr. Dabb has served as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates. He has lectured on antitrust compliance, class actions, securities litigation and legal ethics.
