Cleveland partner Deborah Wilcox, Ohio coordinator for the firm's Intellectual Property, Technology and Media Practice, who is currently serving as Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section, chaired the section's "2009 Intellectual Property Update" seminar, held December 16, 2009. Topics addressed during the day-long seminar included fair use in the new technological age and local patent rules.

Wilcox also presented on the topic, "Today's Domain Name Issues: Gripe Sites, Personal Names, Criminal Enforcement and New gTLDs."
