Willy Chang’s practice deals with all intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on patent litigation and licensing. He has previously represented clients before several district courts and the International Trade Commission.
Mr. Chang has aided in the representation of several FORTUNE 100 clients involving a range of technologies, including software, electrical and pharmaceutical technologies. While in law school, Mr. Chang worked in the department of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Microsoft Corporation in the areas of intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights. During this time, he also served as the Managing Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Prior to his legal experience, Mr. Chang had a research role at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at New York University involving fast algorithm design.
Mr. Chang is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Bar Association.
