Orlando partner Ken Wright recently served as Program Chair for a Program entitled "Tax Opportunities and Pitfalls in Real Estate Workouts" at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association's (ABA) 20th Annual Symposium in Chicago, Il.
Wright is Chair of the ABA's Special Investors and Investment Structures Group, which includes substantive committees on Pension Plan Investments, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Life Insurance Company Investments, Real Estate Investment Funds, International Investments in Real Estate and Federal Taxation of Real Estate.
