Yelena Estes works on a variety of matters in connection with Baker Hostetler’s role as counsel to the court-appointed SIPA Trustee in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
During law school, Ms. Estes worked at her school’s Elder Law Clinic and served as an intern at the Legal Aid Society. In addition, she was the Executive Research Editor on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
