As announced July 27, 2022, Partners Adam Finerman and Steven Goldberg and Associate Lance Tupikin represented client Prairieland Holdco LLC in reaching a cooperation agreement that will place two Prairieland representatives on the board of electronic large-screen video display and scoreboard maker Daktronics Inc. Prairieland is a shareholder of Daktronics. Prairieland’s sole member is investment firm TLI Bedrock LLC.
Andrew Siegel, who manages Prairieland, is nominated for election to the Daktronics board. The election will be held at the Daktronics 2022 annual shareholder meeting; a date has not been announced. After the election, the board will expand from seven to eight members; the additional director will be someone mutually agreed upon by Daktronics and Prairieland.
