Adam Fleckenstein focuses his intellectual property practice in the area of patent prosecution and portfolio management on behalf of clients in the electrical, mechanical, and computer science industries. Adam assists clients on general patent counseling in a variety of technology industries. With a background in computer science in addition to prior experience as an IT professional, Adam has a deep understanding of client businesses and related concerns. He also has experience in patent portfolio due diligence and analysis relating to mergers and acquisitions, as well as coordinating and directing international patent prosecution. In addition to his depth of experience, Adam places high value on a thorough, detailed approach to concerns, providing strong advocacy for clients.
