With a focus on commercial financing transactions, Adam Nazette advises banks, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors both domestically and internationally and across a broad range of industries. His experience includes syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset-based loans, senior and mezzanine debt placements, general working capital facilities, acquisition and project financing, real estate financing, loan restructurings, workouts and other complex financing transactions.
