Overview

Alexa Cellier represents and counsels both public and private employers on labor and employment matters. She defends employers against discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination claims. She also litigates noncompetition and trade secret cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Further, Alexa conducts investigations of employee misconduct. In addition, she provides advice concerning background checks, drug testing, wage and hour compliance, leave of absence policies, classification of exempt status, employee discipline and other employment matters.
