Pro Bono

  • Represented a man from West Africa subject to deportation and obtained withholding of removal and work status for the client, allowing him to be reunited with his family here in the United States. Worked on a personal statement with the client and conducted direct examination of the lead witness, his wife, at an immigration hearing.
  • Represented a Russian national seeking political asylum because of sexual orientation; asylum was granted.
  • Represented a family of Egyptian nationals in connection with immigration proceedings, securing the family's residence in the United States due to humanitarian concerns.
