Overview

Amanda Godzinski advises and represents private companies, municipalities and public employers across the spectrum of employment and traditional labor matters. Amanda has defended employers before federal and state administrative agencies, trial courts, and appellate courts across the country. Having been involved in all aspects of litigation, she is experienced in investigating claims, managing large-scale discovery, researching and drafting motions and appellate briefs, taking and defending depositions, and negotiating settlements. Amanda is also adept at counseling clients on litigation-avoidance strategies.

  • Led internal wage and hour audit for national hotel chain, including conducting on-site employee interviews and developing specific recommendations to reduce legal risks.
  • Regularly conducts labor and employment due diligence in a range of corporate deal structures.
