Amy Lenz concentrates her practice on consumer and employment class actions, with an emphasis on consumer privacy cases. Amy regularly represents businesses in putative class actions involving federal statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
