  • Represented a telecommunications investor in an investor-state arbitration against a South Asian state for alleged expropriation, discrimination and breach of fair and equitable treatment under a bilateral investment treaty.
  • Represented a Latin American state-owned entity in federal court proceedings in the Southern District of Florida related to confirmation/vacatur of an arbitral award rendered by an ICC tribunal in a large-scale construction dispute.
  • Represented an oil exploration corporation before the Texas Supreme Court in its appeal of a judgment from the Houston Fourteenth Court of Appeals involving issues of employment discrimination law and attorneys’ fees.
