Overview

Anna Altizer Dix's commercial real estate practice spans several fields, including commercial acquisitions and dispositions, finance, real estate development and leasing. A significant portion of her practice involves representing multicampus healthcare systems in development, acquisition and leasing transactions. Additionally, Anna represents national developers in the assemblage, acquisition, development and financing of mixed use student housing projects. She also has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex financing transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions and construction loans. Taking a proactive, organized approach, Anna combines astute legal advice with informed consideration of clients' business goals.
