Annette Winters' practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and counseling. Annette brings a practical approach to her practice by assisting clients to efficiently address potential risks in a cost-effective manner.

She also provides in-house training seminars for clients, including training on labor and employment legal updates for human resources professionals, wage and hour compliance, FMLA and CFRA employee leave law compliance, and training on sexual harassment prevention in both English and Spanish.
