Barajas advises clients on healthcare matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance issues, particularly in the healthcare space. She regularly guides clients through transactions, with a primary focus on healthcare M&A, on behalf of both financial and strategic buyers and sellers. She also assists companies as they navigate the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the Texas Illegal Remuneration Act, the ACA, HIPAA and the HITECH Act. Barajas earned her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University.
