Overview

Baylie Fry focuses her practice on the representation of public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic affiliations. Her experience includes representing buyers and sellers in various industries on stock and asset sales, where she leads the process from the initial stages to closing. Additionally, Baylie routinely advises clients on day-to-day operations, and regulatory and compliance issues in the healthcare industry.
