    • Defense of antitrust suits brought by purchasers pursuant to the Robinson-Patman Act. Assisted in management of discovery proceedings and depositions.

    • Dispute concerning allocation of responsibility for payments under the Master Settlement Agreement after asset sale. Assisted in management of discovery proceedings, brief writing and legal research.

  • Representing the victim of financial fraud in a consumer protection case, defending against allegations of defamation.
  • Assisted on a pro bono case involving a woman being evicted and discriminated against in her housing. Negotiated a settlement with her landlord.
