Overview

A member of the firm’s litigation group, Brian Lawrence handles complex commercial disputes involving novel contract claims, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, intellectual property and trusts. Brian has also advised and assisted clients on cybersecurity matters and data breach responses.

Relying on a combination of strong writing and oral advocacy skills, Brian aggressively pursues optimal results for the clients he services. Whether through litigation, mediation or pre-suit negotiations, Brian is committed to pursuing clients’ objectives. He has successfully prevailed in arguing dispositive hearings and dispositive motions.

Brian is a firm believer in community involvement. In addition to serving as a guardian ad litem in dependency proceedings, he serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida and the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
