He has advised clients in connection with deal structuring, including entity selection and payment, and counseled both landlords and tenants in sophisticated lease transactions.

<li>Represented a real estate investor/developer in the acquisition of a large parcel of land (a city block) in West Hollywood for the development of a shopping center/hotel/condo project.</li>
<li>Represented a real estate investor/developer in the acquisition of the Snapchat campus in Venice, California.</li>
<li>Represented a large talent agency in connection with a full building lease in Beverly Hills, California.</li>
<li>Represented a U.K. investment company in its acquisition, reconstruction and leasing of former U.S. Post Office buildings in Santa Monica and Venice, California.</li>
<li>Represented real estate investor in connection with its acquisition of a large mortgage loan secured by a hotel in New York City.</li>
<li>Represented a real estate developer in the negotiation of a joint venture with a prominent American footwear manufacturing company. Negotiated a lease with a the same footwear company for an approximately 1.9 million-square-foot distribution center in Rancho Belago, California, which was reportedly the largest single-tenant user lease transaction in U.S. history at the time. Negotiated construction and subsequently renegotiated for an expansion of the facility by approximately 800,000 square feet, including a new lease and new construction financing.</li>
<li>Represented a private equity investment firm in the acquisition of a former telecommunications company campus in Beverly Hills, California, which was reportedly the most expensive office building acquisition in Beverly Hills at the time.</li>
<li>Represented a real estate development, investment and operations company in the acquisition of an office tower in Anaheim, California. Included complicated modification of a securitized loan; negotiations with the seller, lender and receiver; tax structuring; and a concurrently negotiated lease for a 134,000-square-foot user.</li>
<li>Represented a publicly traded clothing manufacturer in negotiation of numerous leases in California, including outlet malls.</li>
<li>Represented a prominent shoe retailer in connection with numerous lease negotiations throughout the U.S.</li>
