Cameron Smith represents technology and emerging growth companies at all stages of their life cycles – from formation and fundraising through strategic transactions and public offerings. Venture capital, private equity and strategic corporate investors also turn to Cameron for advice on investment transactions, particularly those involving software, wireless hardware and services, e-commerce, online media, SaaS, digital currencies and biotechnology.
