From representing a large retail corporation that resists disclosing its customers' personal data, to drafting breach notification letters after an individual's confidential information was accessed, Caroline enlists considerable legal skills to protect her clients.   • Assisted in drafting breach notification letters and settlement agreement between a client and a law firm after the client's confidential information was accessed on a laptop stolen from the firm.
  • Assisted in labor and employment lawsuit wherein a former employee may have stolen physicians' confidential information. Aided with analysis to determine if it was sensitive and confidential, and whether a breach occurred.
  • Represented large retail corporation that regularly received subpoenas demanding personal information, such as retail customers' payment information, to protect them from having to produce that type of data.
