  • Sought and won dismissal of a class action on behalf of national dental insurance companies involving alleged violations of the Consumer Protection Act and Insurance Act and contract violations in the Western District of Washington.  
  • Represented small-business owners in King County, Washington, Superior Court in a three-week jury trial for breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims against their former counsel.
  • Successfully represented a global retailer in connection with an SEC investigation into public disclosures.
  • Successfully represented a global retailer in connection with a FINRA investigation into employee stock trading.
  • Represented the standing director and officer of an international company under SEC investigation for alleged violations of the FCPA.
  • Represented a national oil and gas company in a DOJ inquiry stemming from a workplace explosion.
  • Represented a national insurance company in connection with a regulatory investigation concerning the marketing of a specific drug.
