Overview

Chuck French concentrates his practice in employment and general civil litigation. He has extensive trial experience, particularly in the area of employment law. With seasoned judgment and extensive experience, Chuck counsels clients on significant and weighty issues and ensures the appropriate management of complex litigation.

Chuck first gained trial experience by handling civil and criminal jury trials as an assistant Cuyahoga County prosecutor. Subsequently, he was appointed a Special Attorney of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he prosecuted labor racketeers and organized crime figures in federal court.
