Charlotte Luu represents her clients in the sale, leasing, financing and development of commercial, retail, office, industrial, vacant and improved properties. She also advises clients on land use and zoning matters and incorporates her technical legal and business background to take a holistic approach in facilitating real estate transactions.

Her experience in reviewing title issues and negotiating complex real estate agreements allows her to think strategically when representing and anticipating the needs of her clients.
