Overview

Christian Tiblier has a diverse litigation practice, including experience in litigating product liability, commercial, environmental, toxic tort and construction matters. Christian's varied background allows him to meet the unique needs of a range of clients, from sophisticated corporate counsel for Fortune 500 companies to executives of family-owned businesses who are litigating for the first time. He has litigated cases in both federal and state courts throughout the U.S. as well as in various arbitration venues.

Before practicing law, Christian monitored and cleared foreign currency trades at the largest financial clearinghouse in the world.

Select Experience

  • Represented a design-build contractor in a twenty-day arbitration regarding the scope of an engineering, procurement and construction contract.
  • Successfully argued and obtained summary judgment on behalf of a dental tool manufacturer and distributor in a product liability action.
  • Litigated cases throughout the United States on behalf of a national pest-control company, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, arguing numerous dispositive motions and leading mediations.
