Overview

Chunmeng Yang specializes in patent cases before federal district courts, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings and patent licensing matters. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Chunmeng regularly represents Chinese clients and has extensive knowledge regarding particular issues concerning foreign litigants. Chunmeng has handled all stages of patent litigation, from drafting briefs and overseeing discovery to witness examination and oral arguments at hearings. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including semiconductor, LED lighting, telecommunications, software and automotive.
