Overview

Courtney Warren represents management in all aspects of labor and employment disputes, with a particular focus on claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has also worked with clients on a variety of high-stakes complex commercial matters, including breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duties, class action defenses, business torts, personal injuries, internal corporate investigations and consumer financial services litigation. Courtney is well-versed in the nuances of complex federal statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act, giving her the knowledge to help clients navigate alleged violations.
