  • Represented an underwriting syndicate in connection with an approximately $50 million underwritten public offering of common stock for an E&P company with oil and gas assets in the “STACK” play in the midcontinent United States.
  • Represented and advised various clients in connection with entity formation issues, including advising clients regarding choice of entity issues and preparing organizational documents.
  • Advised an oil field services company on matters relating to the collection of unpaid fees.
