Overview

With more than 20 years of engineering and business experience supporting his practice, David Schleifer focuses on patent prosecution, infringement and validity opinions, and portfolio analysis. He also provides support in patent litigation matters.

Prior to entering law, David worked as a software engineer, technical architect and program manager for high-technology companies such as Microsoft and Thomson Reuters. Much of his technical background involves databases, data warehouses and the development of e-commerce websites.
