  • Successfully defended a large automobile manufacturer at an arbitration involving claims of the Pennsylvania Lemon Law, the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the Uniform Commercial Code and the Unfair Trade Practices Act.
  • Assisted in the defense of a large automobile manufacturer concerning an allegation that a particular vehicle’s defroster was not functioning properly. Fully prepared and managed the defense of the case up to trial, including preparation of local counsel. Result was in favor of the client.
  • Defended an automobile manufacturer in a case alleging failure to notify the plaintiff of recalls associated with a vehicle prior to purchase. Argued that the manufacturer was not liable under the Unlawful Trade Practice Act. Obtained summary judgment in favor of the client.
