Dorothy Cornwell has extensive experience handling complex litigation and regulatory compliance matters within the healthcare sector. She provides strategic counsel to hospital systems, physician practices and other health-related entities, educating them on the legal obligations necessary to resolve their commercial and regulatory disputes.

In addition to advising clients on regulatory compliance, Dorothy also has experience interacting with government agencies on clients' behalf. She has assisted clients in navigating the OIG self-disclosure process and conducting internal investigations, and has worked with state agencies on various matters related to certificate of need (CON) litigation. Notably, Dorothy has substantial experience handling health insurance disputes and possesses a thorough understanding of the legal nuances involved.
