Overview

Eulonda Skyles is an accomplished technology attorney with extensive experience in privacy and data security, intellectual property and complex tech licensing transactions. She counsels companies on international privacy and data protection frameworks, and helps them develop a global approach to privacy and data security. Eulonda provides interpretations and advice on all applicable federal and state privacy and data security laws, including (but not limited to) GLBA, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, TSR, federal and state data security and breach notification rules, and regulations enterprise-wide. She also negotiates complex, cross-border technology agreements -- with particular attention paid to privacy and data security regulatory compliance and IP provisions relating to cloud storage and software-as-service agreements -- and formulates and negotiates data-sharing strategies for co-branded credit card partnerships with marquee retailers.

The former Assistant General Counsel of Privacy & Data Security for a Fortune 500 financial institution, Eulonda frequently enlists her appreciation for technology and transparent customer experiences to help business leaders devise creative solutions to legal challenges.
