Overview

Gary Bryenton is a senior partner and former executive partner of the firm. He practices in the general business and corporate area and handles a broad range of matters involving individuals, partnerships, municipal corporations and closely held corporations. He has had extensive experience with real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, loan agreements, and the representation of principal shareholders, officers, and directors in business and tax planning.

Gary served on the firm's Policy Committee from January 1989 through December 2003, was managing partner of the Cleveland office from January 1989 through June 1996, was chief operating officer of the firm from July 1996 through May 1997 and was executive partner of the firm from June 1997 through December 2003. He has also held a number of other administrative positions with the firm, including chairman of the Recruiting Committee, chairman of the Practice Development Committee and chairman of the firm's Community Relations and Political Action committees.
