He has worked with clients in diverse industries, including aviation, banking, cable television, construction, consumer reporting, entertainment, hotel, oil and gas, medical, publishing, satellite television and technology.
In addition to advice on numerous public offerings, Jerry's experience includes a successful recapitalization plan in excess of $3 billion initiated in response to an unsolicited proposal to acquire a company engaged primarily in publishing, theme parks and insurance. He has been in private practice in the M&A sector, general counsel for an M&A firm, and part of a team that created and maintained a database of large, public M&A transactions. Jerry has owned and operated small businesses and draws on this practical experience when providing legal advice to clients. He is also a certified public accountant, a real estate broker and a certified general contractor. Additionally, Jerry has been a contributor to the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
