Overview

Glenn Richeson represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts and before the International Trade Commission, with a focus in the mechanical and electrical arts. Technologies with which he has experience include data communications, encryption, networking, telecommunications, video conferencing, wireless communications, VoIP, mobility, optical communications, e-commerce, internet of things (IoT), nuclear power and energy, propulsion plant systems, shipboard environmental systems, thin film deposition, semiconductor fabrication and packaging, medical devices and LED package and fixture design. 

Glenn enhanced his technical skills in nuclear engineering while serving in the U.S. Navy, which included three years as the Operations Officer/Navigator on the USS Alexandria, a nuclear-powered fast attack submarine. He also studied graduate-level thermodynamics, nuclear physics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and nuclear plant operations at the Navy Nuclear Power Training Command/Nuclear Power School and Training Unit.
