Gretchen Jewell is gaining experience in a range of practice areas. Her recent experience includes the area of immigration, in which she has drafted responses to requests for evidence and appellate briefing. She also has experience drafting motions for summary judgment in consumer protection and breach of warranty cases. Gretchen has conducted research regarding the financial services sector, advertising strategies for businesses, state laws on class action settlement agreements, and more.
