Overview

Harold Fullmer focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling in numerous crowded arts technologies, such as packaging, industrial equipment and medical devices. Hal helps develop, protect and leverage intellectual property with one aim: advancing a company's business goals. As an engineer and a project manager for Allis (Chalmers) Company for 10 years, Hal engineered and managed combustion and air pollution control products, managed engineering projects, and worked in research and development focusing on mathematical modeling and computational fluid dynamics. He commissioned and was responsible for erecting large coal-fired power plants and other industrial facilities.

Hal is an adjunct professor of law at both Drexel and Temple law schools. He has authored a patent prosecution casebook for law students published in 2014.
