Harrison Rose's practice focuses on patent litigation and prosecution. His educational background and professional experience as an engineer enable him to effectively understand various technologies in furtherance of aiding clients in procuring, protecting, and asserting their patent portfolios, as well as defending clients against claims of infringement. Harrison has worked on matters including domestic and international patent prosecution, patent landscape analysis, due diligence, portfolio assessment, infringement and invalidity analysis, federal court litigation, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office post-grant proceedings. He has counseled clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 30 companies in a variety of industries, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, wireless communications systems, wearable devices, consumer goods, semiconductors, renewable energy, process control systems, and others.
