Jacqueline Matthews focuses her complex commercial litigation practice on class action defense and commercial contract disputes. She has extensive experience in all facets of e-discovery and works with clients to develop efficient and cost-effective discovery strategies.

  • Assisted in obtaining a favorable settlement for a battery manufacturer of breach of contract claims by a former distributor.
  • Defended a transit authority in a class action seeking injunctive relief stemming from the allegedly improper administration of employee leave policies under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
  • Defended a power company in a breach of contract action by a business customer.
