His background includes representing employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour issues, in both single-plaintiff and class/collective/representative-action matters. Hard-working and diligent, Jeffrey prepares pleadings, drafts and opposed motions, advise clients on day-to-day employment and personnel matters -- including hiring, termination, employment and separation agreements, and employment policies and procedures -- and manages discovery in complex litigation.
