As a commercial litigator, Jeffrey Zohn represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings. He has been involved in all aspects of litigation, from drafting complaints to preparing and examining fact and expert witnesses for depositions and trials. His experience extends to a variety of matters, including class actions, product liability, breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secrets, antitrust and competition law, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Federal Tort Claims Act.
Jeff approaches his cases in much the same way as he approached his students and players when he was an award-winning high school teacher and coach with Teach For America. He assesses his clients' needs and specific goals, then comes up with a detailed yet flexible plan to achieve the most favorable outcomes.
