Jennifer Delarosa’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex labor and employment matters, including defending against wage and hour class actions, California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions and claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation. She also has experience representing employers in arbitration as well as administrative hearings before state agencies, including the DLSE and CUIAB.
