Jess Pekins focuses her developing practice on counseling public and private companies regarding mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. She has experience providing support to attorneys and clients through all phases of stock and asset acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
Jess’s knowledge of transactional compliance and obligations stems from her experience working within the asset management group of a Big Four accounting firm, handling public accounts and reviewing financial statements related to acquisition purchase price allocations, capital allocations and other substantive areas.
Jess also has experience advising clients on drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
