Overview

Jessica Watkins focuses her developing intellectual property practice on trademark and patent prosecution, as well as trademark and copyright litigation and enforcement. Her experience in trademark and design patent prosecution makes her well positioned to manage diverse client portfolios and address strategic branding and product development issues. She regularly counsels clients on domestic and international trademark procurement, clearance and registration. Jessica’s diverse experience in intellectual property law allows her to more fully understand her client’s needs across a portfolio and provide complete, well-rounded guidance.
