Overview

John Cermak represents privately owned and publicly traded companies in the acquisition and sale of businesses and other commercial transactions. He regularly provides general corporate and business counseling to clients and acts as outside general counsel for certain clients. John works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software, chemical, pulp and paper, water distribution and treatment, and real estate development.
